It has been a long few weeks preparing for the new students in my Evergrowth Flywheel Program and I’m excited to share with them all the new strategies and methods to acquire clients in a way that builds their authority and gives trust to their prospects.
Back to today’s question…
A few clients asked me how to get more appointments, it seems that my content or strategy isn’t getting me as many appointments as before
This problem is a function of 2 components
1) Mindset
Most business owners fall into a trap of complacency after achieving financial “comfort”, they forget about their why & goals. They stop trying to achieve more
They stop showing up to their business with the same energy and values as before
That’s why lead flow slows down, appointment slows down, people stop referring clients to you
You stop pushing the right levers to allow your business to succeed
So the right way to handle this appointment issue is to take accountability and review why exactly is it so different from previous months
And usually, it boils down to…
2) Revenue Generating Activities
As simple as it sounds, it just means what are you doing daily to generate revenue for your business
Yes sure you can automate it with marketing (paid ads) but what if its a bad month for ads
What if the leads are ready yet that month
What if your salespeople need more training and accountability from you to sell better?
This is why you still need to upload the simple habit of revenue-generating activities every single day
It might be different for different levels of businesses
At the starting stage, activities look like
- messaging & followups
- Setting appointments with interested parties
- Talking to 5-10 people online / offline a week
- creating content consistently to grow a brand
When you grow bigger with the right marketing it might look like
- meeting with team
- optimization of marketing with the marketing team
- Sales training with the sales team
- creating sales assets to move leads down the sales process easier
If you understand, what your business requires day in and day out you will never run out of leads/appointments ever..
