I have not been filming any videos for the last month
The reason why is that I felt that my current strategy and addressable market is very difficult for me to reach the goals I set out for in 2024
Here’s why, the target market I’m targeting would have taken too long for me to penetrate worldwide as its a very select group of coaches and consultants who generated more than 30k/mo
Not saying it’s not possible, but it would have taken me more than a year to achieve this with consistent effort
But at this current moment, I do have a lot of leads who are coming to me for help with traffic and getting more clients…
My current clients are split between 50% having a team to run their entire marketing and sales and 50% at 300k per year one man
So this made me realised I would need to create a group offer to help those at 100-300k per year
And I also wanted to lean into my old branding of YouTube Ads Doctor
So far I have generated over 10M with YouTube ads, BUT YouTube ads seem to be very very difficult for the majority of businesses to run…
And that’s because
1) It has a high cost per click
2) It is harder to create a winning video ad compared to Facebook
3) there aren’t alot of media buyer who knows how to run YouTube ads properly (even now… i would know cause I’m looking to hire one now)
So I created a new acquisition model called Hybrid Content Ads..
Where all you need to do is to create a bunch of videos on YouTube that showcase your expertise, authority and insights
And run ads to it…
Honestly, the results were amazing…
I had a real estate agent generate over 400k a year just by doing a part of this strategy…
I also had unreal results with Youtube using this strategy that led me to generate 120k for my one on one offer in the last 3 months
And honestly, I would like to get more case studies.
