Happy Wednesday,
It took me 3 months to finally complete my lead magnet “ Hidden Profits Playbook: How to Extract $500k – $1M+ of Profit Hidden in your Biz & Increase Your ROAs & Net Margins In The Next 90 Days”
Honestly, took way longer than I thought but I’m pretty satisfied with how it turned out
If you are interested in reading it here’s the link
So this journey of creating my lead magnet and laying down the foundations of my new consulting business led me down the path of procrastination.
I had calls to fulfill, I had people to network with, and I also had other businesses to run
It is the nature of our work, which is why most people outsource marketing or sales when they reach a tipping point in business
This is the point where we get external help by hiring competent team members to execute…
Having led a few marketing teams and training them from scratch before, it is actually not that costly to hire
This led me to think, why was I procrastinating a lot?
The answer I came up with is that growth is uncomfortable, the next stage is always uncomfortable and we subconsciously avoid it
What’s something you feel that you are currently avoiding in business?
How exactly did I get over this slump?
I got mentors, smart friends to advise me along the way and call my shit out
The reality is entrepreneurship is a hard route, you require accountability from various sources…
We choose this path, it’s up to us to pave our own journey…
