So its the first week of my newsletter, and here’s the first banger I promise that I will launch
The omnipresent acquisition framework
A video is going to be dropping on this next week as well so if you are a visual/audio learner you can watch it next week
I figured this out when I analyzed my own buying behaviour for any type of product, service or coaching program
When I discover someone new, I would tend to binge-watch their videos and be super FOMO about getting to the solution that they seem to be selling ASAP
And after watching like close to 5-7 hours of content, I get so excited to buy their stuff that I also start talking to my friends about them
This is the exact customer journey I want all my leads and prospects to have when they enter into my world…
But here’s what the average customer journey looks like:
You pay for a lead on fb or yt
they entered and did not join your webinar or book a call with you
you forget about them and focus on the 1-3% that does book a call or buy from your webinar
This is normally how it looks like for most businesses, they neglect close to 97% of the leads they already paid for.
We expect platforms to always give us ready-to-buy leads, but the reality is it doesn’t happen.
Businesses were getting 2-10x ROAs a few years back when everything was good, but as ad cost rises, what happen next is that I see business owners panicking, blaming marketers for low “quality” leads
In reality, this will always keep happening and the business that can pay the most to acquire the customer always win
That’s where omnipresence comes into play.
Basically in the past, while I ran an agency I used this strategy well by adding all prospects I meet as a Facebook friend.
From there on they will see my results/case studies and posts consistently until they unfriend me. Which is the goal…
I had a client who for 6 months saw all the results and education I posted on my FB story. At the start during the sales meeting, he wasn’t very keen as I was new, but once he kept consuming my content organically he actually reached out to buy from me.
That’s exactly what you want your client to do.
Based on Google’s ZMOT zero moment of truth, people need around 7 hour of content, 11 instances and 4 platform changes before they decided to buy from you…
So this tells you that you will need to be top of mind even after a lead enters into your world.
So how exactly do you achieve omnipresent without spending alot of money?
its through omnipresent acquisition:
where we focus on the 97% of lead that didnt buy and turn them into customers in the next 3-6 months
Here’s how
- Create a capture point -lead gen funnels, Youtube content that you can send out to leads
- Let your pixel capture the data on FB & YT
- Retarget on FB & YT with educational content and case studies (follow them around the web until they buy)
- Email consistently to educate and motivate them
- See your prospect reach out to you after a few months and get higher conversions than ever before

shameless plug for a new podcast that just came out!
Me and my good friend Elias decided to go all-in in creating content from our own experiences serving so many info & education businesses all around the world
Honestly, we have generated over 25M or more revenue (we really stopped counting after awhile)
so if you want to take a look/listen to our first episode where we talk about the top 5 mistakes of scaling your coaching business , you can watch it here https://go.bryanang.com/top5mistakes
P.S. if you see what I’m doing, I’m just doing what I have been telling my clients to do for years but somehow none of them really took action on it.
I understand content creation is hard, but I’m creating a system around it to show how doable it can be without “creating” new stuff all the time
So its just an experiment to showcase the strategies that I developed and to use my business as a case study
