So I spoke to an Agency Owner who needed help with scaling his agency last week.

We got on a short 45-minute call.
He got what he wanted – A blueprint to scale his company to $100K/mo.
And the confidence and clarity to grow his business without breaking his existing systems (A huge issue that many entrepreneurs face).
Because of this, he was willing to invest in the Evergrowth Flywheel.
More often than not, one question I get is:
How do I increase the conversions in my business?
The two biggest reasons why your leads drop off are:
- They aren’t qualified – They don’t fit your ideal client profile.
- They don’t know you well enough – They need to see more of what you can bring to the table to be convinced.
How do you solve both issues?
You solve #1 with the right Client Qualification and Filtering Systems, so you only invest time in leads who are ready to buy.
For #2, you solve that issue with Organic Content Marketing. (This is why content creation is so important).
Personally, I don’t worry about not booking enough Strategy Calls.
Why?
Because quality comes before quantity.
I care more about the quality of lead that passes through the funnel than how many calls I book.
(E.g. I can book 10 calls a week – But it wouldn’t be very efficient if only 2 of them converts).

How many leads are you getting a week?
How many calls are you getting a week?
How many calls can you close (Actual conversion rate)?
