Today, I wanna walk you through a checklist I use to consult with my clients.
(These are the materials that my coachees pay thousands of dollars to access)
This is incredibly relevant IF:
- No matter how loud you yell, you’re not getting seen in the marketplace.
- Your leads express interest and ghost you when you ask for a firm commitment.
- You hear many excuses when you ask for the sale – E.g., You’re too expensive… I need to talk to my wife/business partner.
- Your leads ask you… What makes you different from everyone else?
In most cases, these are symptoms of a much bigger problem.
You’re facing at least one (or more) Growth-Killers holding you back.
Before we dive into the checklist, take 5 minutes to seriously go through these questions and reflect on your business.
These are the hidden obstacles holding you back.
Here we go:
- Why are you in business? (Most people say they wanna make an impact. But when profit margins get hit… that’s when true colors start to show)
- How are your clients finding you? (Where do you get the bulk of your inquiries? Is it word of mouth or social media?)
- How much do your leads know about you? (Do your leads trust what you say? Or are you getting objections and push backs from them?)
- Speed of Purchase? (How fast do your leads buy?)
- How are you delivering value differently from your competitors (Examine your products and services and see how they differ from everyone else in the market)?
If you struggle with questions 1 and 5, your positioning might not be clear.
Or if you can’t answer questions 2 and 3, then you might have an issue with traffic or conversions.
Hope these questions give you clarity about the bottlenecks in your business.
