Had a long break due to Chinese New Year over the weekend…
Ate a lot of festive goodies as well to the dismay of my personal trainer
But back to business…
I came across a piece of content the other day that talked about what game are you really in?
You know those where business coaches usually ask you
To really nail down the real game you should play in business?
That got me thinking about what game was I playing?
Here are some examples
If you are in e-commerce or running ads for leads and clients, you are basically in the arbitrage game, where you take advantage of your marketing skills to get lower cost per acquisition compared to your revenue and margin
Another example is if you are a coach or consultant, you are basically in the relationship game. Your goal is to get someone to trust you enough and know that you can solve their problems
Each season in your business has its own game
But that made me look at it in another way…
When you scale all roads leads to relationships
- how to hire great team members
- how to build more trust with prospects and leads
- how to get your clients to rave about you
In the end, relationships are the main game we play in the long run in any type of business
and the way to do that at scale is through creating video/text content that everyone can find
you might have this objection: Bryan no one knows about me organically…
They won’t search for me nor will I go viral as that’s not what I intend for my business anyway
Instead, you can do this…
Utilize a bit of money on ads to do that specific targeting, be in the right place right time, and engineer the customer journey
That is how you create a “relationship funnel”
I have to find a better name for that as well…
That’s all for today
