Something hit me hard yesterday.
Was having kopi with my partner Melvin Soh (known him for 5 years now), and he dropped this truth bomb:
“Bryan, you know why most people’s goals fail? It’s not motivation. It’s misalignment.”
Damn.
Let that sink in for a second.
See, after watching him help thousands of people worldwide get clarity, I’ve realized something crucial:
Most of us are setting goals based on what we think we SHOULD want, not what we actually want.
Quick story:
Had a client last month who was hellbent on hitting 7-figures in 2024. When I asked why, he went quiet.
Turns out, he was chasing that number because “that’s what successful people do in Singapore.”
But when we dug deeper?
What he really wanted was to build a business that could run without him for 3 months so he could spend time with his aging parents.
Different goal. Different identity. Different approach needed.
Here’s the truth:
Your goals aren’t failing because you lack discipline.
They’re failing because they’re not aligned with:
- Your current season of life
- Your true identity
- Your actual bandwidth
Which is exactly why Melvin and I decided to do something different this January.
We’re hosting an intimate 4-hour session. Just 20 people.
This is specifically for people who already have a business, are making minimum 80k a year and wish to be a market leader in 2025. Basically ambitious people who wish to make big impact and big money.
No fluff. No hype. No BS motivational speeches.
Just pure, practical clarity on what YOU actually want for 2025.
(And more importantly, who you need to BECOME to get it.)
If you’re tired of setting goals that don’t stick…

But heads up – we’re deliberately keeping this small.
Because real transformation doesn’t happen in a crowd.
Your call if you want in.
Cheers to your growth,
Bryan
P.S. Melvin insisted on keeping the price ridiculously accessible. His exact words: “If someone’s serious about getting clarity, money shouldn’t be the barrier.”
I’m charging just S$47 for this to cover venue costs. I think he’s crazy, but hey… it’s your gain if you’re quick enough to grab a spot.
