I wanted to share a private insight with you…
It’s kinda the reason why I left my agency to do something completely different…
Now, if you sell a digital product or service and run a marketing team…
You might be solving problems daily…
For example, not having enough appointments or leads…
Or having incredibly high CPCs…
Or you’re getting low-quality leads that aren’t converting…
More often than not, the most simple and direct way to solve these problems would be to do MORE.
E.g., Not enough leads = Run more ads.
High CPC = Test more copy or creatives.
Low conversions? Do more follow-ups or get a high-ticket salesperson to help.
I realized that these actions took a ton of time (or money)…
But they did little to rectify the true issue in the business.
That led me down the client acquisition rabbit hole and uncovered many other strategies.
So if you’re a business owner trying to scale at your wit’s end…
Don’t go in with throwing everything you have and see what sticks…
Instead, it’s far better to go in with a scientific approach to solve bottlenecks in your business.
